This double-station single-head rotary soldering machine has a double-station design, eliminating the need to stop the machine to insert workpieces or fixtures during production, thus improving production efficiency. It is equipped with a rotating head operation function to make the equipment compatible with welding points of various angles. It adopts a double-station cyclic interchange working mode, five-axis double-head linkage synchronous soldering, and flexible and diversified soldering methods, supporting spot soldering and drag soldering. Users can set process parameters by themselves, adapting to various difficult jobs and micro soldering processes. It has a large-capacity memory that can set 500 soldering programs, and 3999 soldering points can be set for each program. The welding gun can be adjusted at any angle, and the welding head can be quickly replaced on the line.
